Johnny Jean-Baptiste, MBA

Johnny Jean-Baptiste is the Founder and CEO of Nova Business Consulting Group, a dynamic Florida-based company specializing in Business Start-Up, Digital Marketing, IT Consulting, and Employer Recruitment. He received his MBA from Nova Southeastern University and three bachelors from Florida Atlantic University, both in finance. He also received a certificate in US immigration laws from the University of Pennsylvania. His forward-thinking approach was further exemplified by his certification in Artificial Intelligence (AI) from IBM, underlining his anticipation of technology's transformative impact. Johnny worked for two of the largest financial institutions in the US, Bank of America and JP Morgan Chase for several years. Mrs. Jean-Baptiste also worked for the Small Business Administration (SBA) as a credit analyst. His expert knowledge of the financial industry is extensive. Mr. Jean-Baptiste is a Professor of Finance at Palm Beach State College where he teaches financial management.
